Don't know your budget, but an over the radiator (OTR) intake like the Svede or Vararam, long tube headers, and a tune should be your first power mods. Cat-backs are for sound, mostly...worth about 5HP tops. If your suspenson is stock, you'll need to address the saggy rear springs, front radius rod bushings and strut mounts. Get all that done and then you can get into a cam, heads, etc.

You could have the TB and intake ported for small gains. Heads would be a waste w/out a cam...besides, plenty of guys make good power w/ a cam and the stock 243s. In your OP you said you want "to get alot more HP from my car"...you don't want N2O or FI, then you're going to have to cam it. Just not that much power to free up w/ just bolt-ons.

You have to decide if you're going to keep the stock heads, you will need new springs with a new cam and possibly a retune, Get a plan together and call one of the sponsoring vendors like TSP they will guide you to what is best.

OP you have gotten some good advice. Most power is probably going to be nitrous dollar for dollar. However if you are not into forced induction then a set of good flowing heads(TFS/AFR/PRC/ETP/TEA...)and a matching cam are the best way to go. Ditching the ls2 manifold would not be a bad idea either..good luck...
