I bought a set of valve covers that look just like that and thought I got an awesome deal, the look great but after using them I noticed that the mounting fasteners don't hold it tight, it slides down on head which could cause it to clip the rockers and the rubber on the bolts to clamp it down just gets destroyed if you try and tighten them enough to keep from sliding... So in short yea they look good but mine don't seal good and leak oil....

i have a set from ebay and so far they dont leak, their a pain in the *** to get them to sit right on the cylinder head and had to put flat washers on the bolt between the rubber and bolt head so the bolts would spin freely to tighten the valve covers up enough to seal

I put em on last night and looks like they didnt mill the flange flat after welding them but, it seems that when you tighten them down the gasket compresses decently enough to not have a prb.
Seriously thinking about tig welding a couple bosses on them and maken my own katech style coil relocation kit to wrk w them
