Default Ported LS7 Hi-Ram (pics)

Worked Hi-Ram back Jerry Killian at Killians Porting Service... looking mighty nice. Throat is 10000% better/bigger, the sharp turn and pinch is fixed, and the runners are perfect to the heads with nice taper and blended radii at the plenum.

Very nice! But, will this clear 93-02 camaro cowl without cutting the windshield? Debating between Holley High Ram vs. Single plane with 4 barrel type TB.

By spacing the k-member, you mean space them with washers? sandwiched between k-member and frame? Is that still structurally safe? K-member is cradling the motor, front suspension and steering.

It's not optimal, but works just fine. Guys that run Maggie setups have to do the same thing...1/2 - 3/4". Considered doin the same with my ITB setup, but ultimately decided to "shape" the cowl instead of running the spacers.

Btw Coke....looks like those guys did some really nice work! Before and after CFM diff?

I dont know, I didn't even think to cfm the runners, and im not sure his superflow could flow the snout. Visually its a night and day difference. If my new cam ever shows up I can put it back together and get back on the dyno and strip to see how she runs.

I don't have any up close before pics of the throat. I should have took some. Let's just say the difference is like night and day in the runners, and especially in the throat/turn.

These are the only two I have

Nice porting. I will be putting one of these bad boys in my 545" cathedral head build with some nice ARF 255's.

The avg cross section area port to port was different by 17% head vs intake at the flange.
