Ls2 402 headers Jet Hot Vs Kooks?
Ls2 402 headers Jet Hot Vs Kooks? I have a Ls2 402 with Jet Hot 1.75'' headers and I recently picked up a used set of Kooks 1 7/8 headers. My question is how much of a gain should I expect out of the swap and is it really worth the cost of swapping? I am debating on selling the Kooks and using the money for other projects. What does everyone think?

I would go with the American Racing 1-7/8 headers I they have a really nice merge colectors and I think you will see some improvement over the 1-3/4 header. I really wouldn't how much of an improvement though.

i know who your talking about, he told me he made 509 with the AFR 205 heads & his 408, ....not 540rwhp.

if you have LTs now i dont care what any one else says... its not gonna give u that much more power.... im sorry.... it just aint happening...maybe if your going from stock exhaust n **** but if u got the LTs already a little bigger ... in my opinion isnt going to make huge difference
