GM Performance LS Engine Control Harness Video
You and I actually met briefly a very long time ago. I think it was March of 2004. You were racing the Centerforce Mustang in the NMRA. I was working for Quarter Master at the time and we were sponsoring the event at National Trails.

Andrew
Where are you working now?
Robin
LS2 controller and harness kit - Part number 19166568
(LS7 and LS2 kits are identical except the controllers)
LS3 controller and harness kit - Part number 19201861
(LS3 has its own harness and controller)
All kits include the following:
Controller*
Engine Harness
Mass Air Flow Meter - same as factory LS7 and others
Mass Air Flow Meter Mounting Boss
Accelerator Pedal Assembly - CTS pedal with sensor
Oxygen Sensor (Qty 2 Per Kit) - same as LS3 LS7
Oxygen Sensor Mounting Boss (Qty 2 Per Kit)
Instruction Kit
* Note - This controller will not function in a production vehicle unless all kit components are used and will not operate production gauges.

They are just preprogrammed with the data needed for the particular crate engine that they are designed for, that is why there is a different part number for each engine package.

I am very new to this LS stuff. So I really need some direction. I just picked up a Ls2 with the 6speed trans out of an 06 GTO. i did get the original engine harness and gas pedal.hijack: It is going to put into a 68 Firebird. Am I correct in assuming the GM kit does not come with wiring for the trans. If not what do I need to do. thanks

The normal CTSV ECU will ot work with this harness. There are things relating to security systems that are not in this unit. Also this unit is intended for non catted applications. Street Rods or pre 79 cars using a crate engine.
This ECU cannot be used in a CTSV.
