My 454 LSX NA Build
just a heads up, i went thru 2 Meziere EWP's in 6 months and will never ever buy 1 again. i definitely wouldnt reccomend daily driving with one of those, as it took a **** and overheated instantly. for 10rwhp its just not worth it in my mind.... but nice build and great parts (minus the meziere).

Yea im going to have erik spec me a cam, chris and erik both feel a lil smaller cam will yeild more power anyway.
cool, i just dont wanna see a badass engine take a **** because of piece of crap meziere. you still gonna keep the 4.56's?? i think the 3.42's would be better suited since u'll have an assload of torque at 1,500 rpm lol.
I def. not gonna go with 3.42's
I want some short gears under me.
4.56's or 4.11;s I dont know why but for some reason i just figured i want really short gears...
Ill be running a 13.5" wide slick, and theyre like 28.5" dia....i should be fine on traction.... maybe... LMAO

i just checked out a speed/rpm calculator...
If i run 4.11's with a 28.5 dia tire at 7000RPM in 4th 1:1 Ill be at ~145 which i wont reach so i think ill go with 4.11's....
With the 4.56's I can only go ~133 in 4th... when i make it past that id have to shift.

I gotta say, your build sounds real cool BUT......
This is the WORST build thread EVER.
I've seen 2 pics of your throttle body and a stock intake pic, couple of boxed control arms........

If your giong with WCCH heads, they are nice pieces.
Harland sharp Does make LS7 rockers, I have a set on my LS7 heads. If nobody has them listed, you might have to contact H S. I called them directly. This way you have rollers on both pivot points.
4.56 Rear axle ratio for a daily driver?
I went with a Dana S60 3.73 . it's Great. About 1900 @ 80 mph with 315's on the back. @ 3600lbs with me in it, it has tons a torque. 1st, 2nd and 3rd it will break em loose.
Have not tried a pass at the track yet but if I can shift good enough, I'm thinkin 10 sec?
Evans makes a hi flow stock water pump n works well.
I need to get off my A * * and get some numbers ..
Good luck with your build

If no resellers list them, contact HS direct @

I had a couple of pics of em but they were deleted.
I had to use SDPC valve cover spacers and had to shave off the corners a lilttle so they'd fit o-k. Other than that, no problems with em.
BTW, They mount on the exsisting rocker pedistal on the LS7 head, no shaft required. You'll also need a shorter pushrod. I used pushrods 7.6 inches long. I put another post with the part number so people can retrive it doing a search.
