ls7 crate motor rebuilt
has anybody ever used one of these? its a 454 build. just wondering if they would be any good.

First thing I would wonder is....where are teh extra cubes coming from?
I mean, to get those extra cubes with a 4.00 crank is gonna require sleeves (ie $$$$$$$), and if it comes with heads and cam....SOMETHING is fishy there, I can tell you that for that price...

The LS7 engine was slated to go into Chevelles and Corvettes but GM pulled the plug as emissions standards became tougher. You could never buy a new car with one in it. If you didn't know the LS6 was the high horse 454 available in 1970 in Chevelles and Corvettes. I guess GM just keeps recycling their popular name tags so they don't have to build new branding.
