a proper angle mill does yield slightly better flow and better valve angle, as well as slightly more piston to valve clearence. As with anything, it can be over/underdone... make sure if this is an avenue youre wanting to take, do your homework on who can do this the right way

Ive heard that l92 heads have a pretty good 3 angle valve job stock or something like that.

We've taken them down into the low 50cc range with angle milling. Don't forget to re correct the intake flange face and straighten up the head bolt holes and bolt boss counterbores.

Good luck,

Richard

Can you do this and raise the compression without flycutting the pistons?

Could you also correct all the issues you mentioned if sent the intake aswell as the heads?

More than likely you'll have to flycut pistons.
No need to send the intake. All the geometry can be corrected on the heads.

richard, do you have any comparisons in cfm to a stock head then to one a couple degrees angle milled?, just wondering if substantial cfm numbers can come out of angle milling them, rather than strickly stickin to porting them
