VVT Cam Phaser Limiter Kit

I read that VVT cam phaser 12606358 requires Comp Cams phaser limiter kit 5460.

Phaser 12606358 is the second design of 52 degrees so it requires part 5460?
Please confirm Comp Cams limiter 5460 is the correct one I need.
