Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I have all the sensors thats needed, thanks to Bill Hillock@BP Automotive. He will be making my custom wiring harness.
As far as deleting the knock sensors, I will leave that decision to my tuner, Jim Moran @ Speed Inc. He deleted the knock sensors on my old speed density, LT1 set up, so we'll see.

I installed an new oem LT1 radiator and plumbed the upper and lower hoses, where do I connect/plumb the steam vent line? Can I just dump it in a catch can? I noticed on the LT1 radiator has a 3/8" hose fiiting right under the cap, would that be a good spot? Thanks.

Yes, he really does. In fact, I'm about to bring my pcm for a start up file.

Sorry not anytime soon. Wiring harness is still being built at this moment. I will definitely post start up video. Thanks. Almost done!
Radiator hoses are plumbed as well as the steam vent line exit. I'm currently working on plumbing the oil filter relocation mounts with more AN hoses and fittings.

Where do you ground an LS aluminum block/engine? I know with my old LT1 set up, grounding was the usual block to frame. Any suggestions and/or pics is really helpful and appreciated. Thanks and Merry Christmas to all.
I'm still waiting on my custom wire harness from BP Automotive. Oil filter relocation is done. Will be ordering an MSD starter after the holidays or when my wallet recovers from the holidays as well, lol. It won't be too long, I can't wait to hear this beast running!

Main grounds are the ones that bolt to the driver side head. Between the head and firewall. Also one that goes from the block behind the alternator bolts to the frame around the brake lines.

I actually do not have that one anymore. It broke and never replaced it. Seems to do just fine tho.

Block to chasis/frame and block to body. Battery negative to block. Like a Y configuration.

Thanks guys. Basically the same as my old LT1 set up. Block to frame, front passenger head to body, and negative terminal of battery to frame. Thanks again.

UPDATE: Here's a few pics of Hamburger's billet oil filter relocation, Power Master #9509 LS starter, Moroso oil breather tank, and AllStar throttle cable bracket. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my custom wiring harness from BP Automotive.

Thanks man, and good luck with your new project.

The wiring harness is the only thing I'm waiting for, other than installing the throttle cable, a set of spark plugs, fluids(coolant and oil), this beast is ready to fire. If the weather temperature stays mild here over Winter I will definitely fire it up. Man, I can't wait. Looks like a great start for the new year for me, thank you Jesus!

Waiting forever for the wiring harness, lol.
Here are one of the last parts I received.
I have also been working on narrowing the S60 and debating on which style wheels to go with.
