This engine ended up making 769 HP on the last pull. An overall strong combo with a modest LLR street roller and as cast heads.

Jake, maybe these heads would be some you would consider for your build.

That's why I was interested in the specs of the cam. How much cam was needed to make those numbers?

Get with your favorite Dart dealer and get your order in. Dart is churning them out now. They only have about 50 more outstanding pre-orders to fill. So, I am thinking about 3 weeks or so and your vendor should be able to fill your order.

I had a back to back flow test of one of these done against a stock L92 head. On the intake side, the Dart head outflowed the stock head between 10-15 CFM through the low and mid-lift, then pulled away at and above .550" lift by 40 cfm. The stock L92 head got noisy and turbulent at .550" where the Dart head stayed quiet to .700". It was on a non-standard flow bench, so I will not say specific flow #s.

We just received 2 sets of these heads, We will have some un bias dyno testing done in the next 2 or 3 weeks. We will also be testing Hydraulic roller instead of solid to see how it will work for the average consumer. Keep an eye out.

Will do. I will say they are a good looking set of heads right off the shelf. I anticipate good things to come.

I'm still trying to see what's all the hoopla about these heads and why any one with Common Sense would compare a stock 260'cc Ls3 head To a Aftermarket HUGE 280cc runner. The only thing I see that makes them good is being able to port them past 290cc. Hell my FRH stage 1 runner heads flow better than these and with a smaller Runner 266cc. LME Flowed my heads on a 4.125 bore and were getting 400cfm around .780 lift. If you all remember Chris with SAM flowed this same head and it still out performed these heads shown albeit there as cast but 388cfm on a 4.030 bore. They have more meat but for 1200 bucks I would purchase a LS7 style head(Brodix or RHS bare heads they all need a Cnc program). So comparing these heads to a stock set is not fair with a runner the SIZE of TEXAS. To any Newbies thinking about getting these you would NEED a ENGINE 427 cubic inches plus or Run a +.700 cam. There over priced, Mast or TFS ls3 heads are better in comparison. Oh yeah you still have to pay someone to do a good Cnc program.....Add in another 1200 bucks. Sounds like the runner size will be around what I said 282 to 290 cc's. A HUGE RUNNER only made for a engine 427 and up or a Solid roller with +700 lift. None of this sounds good. You can do all the test in the world still don't make this a good head. Plus you still have to machine them to run 3/8 pushrods. SAD.
I hope the $1200 is for both heads and not each.
