Guys says don't get caught up the Dyno but live by it.. most of these hi powered cars aren't built for a ET, but DD. Bortous you would like a bigger engine at a decent price... Just have someone resleeve a factory aluminum block.. got a entire 5.3 for less than 300 bucks with Tuskey's help.. Around $2k to 2800... TSP, RED, TAF all do sleeves anything other than that will use a iron block or Super cost in a aluminum aftermarket block.

I don't diss like Mamo but when you have a tight knitted group and he's the ONLY builder on this site who post... I need to get some fresh air and look to see what else others are doing or have done... Haven't seen anything special, from 1 good porter to the next

So which LS7 head do you recommend that is the best in your view?
one that works with the factory LS hardware.

Mighty impressive.
The question I have is are these heads compatible with the LS7 style hardware?
Such as intakes, rockers etc?

Heads do not take stock hardware. Look at the rocker stands. Most of the really big flow heads do not use stock form factor. They look a lot like bbc heads.

Then they are out of the picture.
Otherwise the costs will get out of control.

And you will need to rev the **** out of the engine to get the flow out of them.

That video was from 5 years ago. There are quite a few of these put there now. These guys just want aggressive street cars that are reliable and trouble free. They usually run upper 130s to a couple in the low 140 MPH in the 1/4
