Haven't noticed any signs but then again I'm not spinning to 6-7k all the time either. I've been told that overall weight has nothing to do with it but more of what the weight is over the valve but that time to replace springs is here and I'm wondering if I should go with a stiffer set.

Stock rockers with Straub bushings.

Harland Sharpe's

T&D Stainless Steel ones. The motor does seems to respond better with the stock rockers with the slightly longer 3/8 purhrod though.

IDK....Maybe we should get it tested. Not sure there's enough there for me to make a positive identification but I can see the implications mounting. BTW what do you do for a living Jim? Are you buy chance a peace officer because that's the feeling I'm getting here.

The high cost of living is nothing like the cost of living high. JJ

Makes sense! Yeah these are for factory LS7 (except you need to grind on all the pedestals to make them fit...)

If I had to guess I’d say to be somewhere close you’d add 50g for shaft to yt weight . The yt shaft for intake n exhaust weighs 150g
Be good to know the t&d trunnion weight
If that’s the case the T&d and yt would be very close to same weight...

Overall weight means nothing from a performance perspective. It’s the nose weight that you have to look at when comparing rocker mass that the spring will see. Here’s a couple pics…YT adjustable vs. Oem LS7 rocker nose weight comparisons. I left the needle bearings in the YT’s so that added a few grams, for the record…

Stocker rocker wins again!

Only thing to Help a Stud mount is a Girdle....

But Tony Mamo did this in a Test.

Stud vs Shaft mounted with the 383.... Don't believe he or they had a Girdle @ the time.

Still Don't ....

Custom 1 of 1...
