Derek from Bootleg Tuned in Wallingford, CT. He cleaned up motor tune and got it running well. Unfortunately the nitrous runs were giving him issues (his input and the plugs were not correlating) so will need to troubleshoot a few things.
Engine is now 11:1 (down from 12:1) and made 640rwhp on 93 octane. Based on the data it's likely still making ~800HP at the crank. It made over 800rwhp on a really fat nitrous run but couldn't get it to be happy so aborted after 4 more attempts. Didn't want to risk washing the cylinders down and hurting the engine.
Build a race car they said, it would be fun they said.

*life gets in the way update*
3 or so years later I was made aware if you're running a Holley EFI you need to use Holley O2 sensors that have a resistor, NTK in my case. Apparently when I upgraded to the Holley, regular NTK O2's were used with the ends spliced to save $ (NTK's are ~$100ea vs $300ea for the Holley's). My car ran pretty good but always a bit rich (not based on the O2's but by excess fuel out the exhaust).
My newest local tuner confirmed this, fixed, and re-tuned. So N/A tune is all done, nitrous expected to be done this week.
I also added a '21 M5 to the fleet, did some basic exhaust mods + piggy back tuner and runs mid to low 10's @130something. Best sleeper I've owned since putting N2O on my Camaro back in early 2000's.
OK carry on gents
