All here, I spend a great amount of time TEACHING those "tuners".
I could be of help, I do know the best settings for the coil you have fitted, my coil !
I taught Doug Flynn, Holley, the same knowledge.

EXAMPLE : "use 2* to 4* less spark advance than when you have a lower output coil installed.

Max coil dwell of 8ms and a SPG gap of .045".

More "tech" if asked, one such is MAP based dwell control.

Update!

lots of things happened today, I dropped the car off at the fab shop, before I even made it back to the shop (1 1/2 hours) he was already sending me progress pictures!! I have decided to move some of the halo bars in an effort to help me fit in the car. The og owner was 5”8 I’m 6”1 so it was a tight squeeze with the helmet for sure. Talking with the fabricator it’s looking like I’ll have the car back in two weeks! The headers should be in progress this weekend, the floor will be fixed, steering column, and seat mounted, all huge to move this build along.

I also got in contact with Nate the tuner (Dr. TuneEmAll) he sent over a base global folder with a base tune. He’s super excited to tune the car and go to the track with me. It may make a appearance on some YouTube channels.

This car is finally starting to come together, once I pick the car up I’ll be sleeping at the shop to hear this bitch run!!

That’s awesome man! This guy got more done in two hours then the last guy did for months on the other car! Glad to see it coming along!

I know!! So stoked for someone to be excited as me to work on the car. Im really hopping to have the car completed this year and make passes in it.

This car should run 7.70's if you use NOS.
I've seen a 3000 lbs 408 lq4 Nos Mustang run 8.01 for a ET. Hydraulic roller & Pump gas Compression

In the 2400-2600lbs, the nitrous kit added some weight. Last time I weighted it it was 2310 after pluming all the lines. That was with out, the headers, driveshaft, trans mount, and wiring. I'm still going to do some cutting in the roof and in the rear of the car to pull out as much as I can.

The 3rdGen in my sig was 2575 with my 275lb hulk in it when I did the 8.91 pass in 1900DA air here in CA....You got this!

Nice pass, the weather should be better in a couple of month too, its just TOO dam HOT here! i was going off GPI 5th gen, they ran 8.55 @156 with around the same weight, was hopping that I make more power NA than there motor did.

Awesome. Not only are they jumping on it and getting it done quickly, they are doing great work. Those welds are nice! Might want to give a shout out to this shop, when they come through. This car will be in paint shortly. Speaking of which…a good paint job will weigh 30-40 lbs vs a wrap at 20-25 depending on material…jus sayin.

i told him he needs to tone it down a bit, gonna make me wanna redo the entire car! Lol the guy is a long time friend of mine, he does incredible work, headers and turbo kits are his bead and butter though. They always turn out like works of art, he should be getting in them after the steering.
