Yes EGTs, the Holley can do it so I bought the add on, plus the O2 are pretty much pointless

Slowly but making progress on the race car, after testing everything to make sure it works finally started to cut and wire in the MAVEN Performance bulk head connectors! Also installed the MadRacingParts.com EGT bulkheads, makes for a easy and clean install. I have to finish up wiring the Nitrous Outlet kits and then it’s on to the main Holley harness.

Well all but one fitting away from completing the fuel feed 2.0, originally I didn’t plan on the nitrous. I think this looks much cleaner any way. Now this may not be the best way of doing this but it’s what I have come up after taking to some big nitrous guys. The solenoids will always be getting fuel, so there’s no chance of having a lean spike waiting for a secondary fuel pump.

Also got the dual sensor mount from Motion Raceworks mounted, one is for the map sensor and the other is to monitor crank case vacuum. This way I can adjust my vacuum pump accordingly.

looking good. Have you port matched your intake? maybe yours is different then my cid 5.0, but the port size at the flange was much smaller then my f710 heads.

not yet, when I pull the motor to paint the car it will get ported and also powder coated. The floor of the runners need a lot of work, glad the intake is as thick as it is.

Overlap on the ports isn't too bad at all. It lines up fairly well, seen way worse than that. The CID intake has a major advantage in that you can see the actual port alignment by eye, which is also one of the reasons why it works so well.

The size listed for the intake is the exact size of a factory ls7 head intake runner size in Length and width at the flange.

4.0/4.5/5.0 is the size and work in the plenum

I have a standard deck dart block, my intake sat a touch high on the heads. Ended up milling .100" off each flange to drop it down. After that I opened up the ports quite a bit, over .100" in width alone and is still a touch undersized to the head. A heavy breather like yours should definetly like opening the ports up.

This being a tall deck it lines up ok for what I have seen, when you’re shooting for a number NA you can’t leave anything on the table. Especially at 9000 rpms it’s going to take all the air I can feed it.
I’m really trying to do everything I can to not have to make a ton on changes after I start running the car.

Just started following this build, very nice. Need to get out and get mine running now for that winter weather.

I got one of the fittings I was waiting for today, made up a hose real quick and installed it. Still waiting on 2 -8 90s to finish the return, also got the Wilson Manifolds burst plate. Man does this intake setup sits high!! For reference the bottom of the lexan is at the factory glass line, it’s a good 3”-4” over that. Really praying I don’t have to cut a whole in the hood, I know a prostock scoop would benefit the car but I just hate the way they look.

Those shocks completely changed our cars performance. It was hard to believe that 4 shocks could do that much but they sure do. Make sure you call them and actually talk with them after you have the car done. They will need to know your weights, HP, and intended use. Great Guys to deal with. Your 60ft is going to suck the fillings out of your teeth with those bad boys. We are hitting ours with 200 on the hit now and it still doesn't leave the ground. They told us what settings to put them at and said they should be close. I'm scared to touch them the car handles so good from launch to the traps.

The level of Sickness in this car you built is absofuckinglutely amazing. Congrats

pulled the car out for the first time with the front clip and hood 90% installed, car looks killer! One thing is the visibility is trash but it clears and the car is just going straight.
