6.0 .040 .over is very close to a true ls3 bore .

Id go wirh a stage 2 ls3 cam from Summit, tsp, btr etc . A medium sized ls3 cam would work great

How much does the vehicle weigh?
Are you also using a stock LS3 intake?

Throw a LS2/6 cam in there and be done with it. Lol.

I am only half kidding... the rest of the combination looks like boost is in the future, anyways.

My build that I'm working on is similar. My shortblock isn't bored, but I am putting together a stock LQ9 bottom with stock LS3 topend. I had my cam specced by Pat G. It's 227/236 which is right in the same ballpark of the stage 2 cams that Mavn was talking about. The stall you plan on running is going to play a role in the selection. I'm going with a 3600 in my C5.

Very similar build, but I'm going with fietech or Holley, I have no idea about stalls, always dealt with manuals

Holley will do a better job than FiTech. A more comprehensive setup.

Lightweight vehicle with the Holley EFI?

Well....the Holley ain't gonna pull much torque at lower RPMs regardless of the cam, so you might as well go with a cam that'll rev.

I say consider something along the lines of the BTR Stage-3 LS3 cam.

Depends on what youre trying to do.
3.90 gear and N/A you wont use all of third gear in 1/4 mile. How much stall are you willing to run?

heres 2 summit cams im checking out for my combo (gen 4 6.0, t56, 4.11, 350lb) leaning towards the 226 for a street car, actually. These are a bit milder than what youve been looking at.
SUM 8708 231/242 113+3, .600/.600
SUM 8707 226/238 113+3, .600/.600

all depends where you want your powerband to be and how much valvetrain maintenance you want to do.

Ha, Ha, I just gave the summit LS stage 2 and stage 3 cam specs, same recommendations as Mavin.
