FYI - Erik has a CID intake so we may have something to post about that combo as well
It's great to have friends with all the toys to let me use or try !!!!
The Holley 4500 EFI Throttle Body elbow has a 105mm opening but looks to have enough meat to be honed out to 112mm, so that might suffice for a test setup. The 100* elbow shouldn't have any adverse effect on airflow.
My 698 RWHP dyno with both of John's Monte Carlo LS7 dyno's overlayed onto it.
Look at the runtime conditions as well.
John's 694 was registered on his own dyno, which all of my runs have been made on.
John's 706 was registered on a dyno when the engine was fresh and the dyno was in the Pacific Northwest.
John B's LS7 powered Monte Carlo SS, 694 RWHP dyno pulls on his personal dyno versus Victor's HPR 468 C6 Z06 on John's dyno at 698 RWHP. John B's LS7 powered Monte Carlo SS, 706 RWHP dyno pulls on Pacific Northwest based dyno versus Victor's HPR 468 C6 Z06 on John's dyno at 698 RWHP.
1" plenum test showed NO improvements on the dyno so far (in fact we lost a few ponies at 694), mainly because the 112mm theottle body is capable of supplying all the required airflow needs of the engine.
We saw some unusual AFR changes that caused the engine to go leaner, which was unexpected. WE will fatten the AFR up while the plenum spacer is on the engine, but we suspect it will get us right back to that 698 power level.
"Test" highram with 1" plenum spacer at 695 RWHP SAE, versus no plenum at 698 RWHP SAE.
I’ve been down with COVID for over 3 weeks…..thank God I didn’t infect JMB as we sat in the car together for well over 3 hours while on the Dyno. We have the tune to straighten out the AFR but haven’t loaded it yet…..should be good for another 10-15 ft lbs and some additional hp.
Hopeful to be well enough to continue testing in a few weeks.

BEST Wishes for a speedy recovery.
What ever else you are doing, exposing as much skin as possible to Sun light for a few minutes a day is the most effective way to increase
Vitamin D (Incredibly powerful natural immune system booster/component)
Also research Nasal Nitric Oxide increases from breathing exercises and humming!
Both of these are Simple, Free, and Incredibly Powerful.
Good Luck!
So based on the chassis dyno now and the old chassis dyno vs engine dyno you did a few years back where do you think you are now on motor hp like 800 and tq at 650 or so?

😏 Chad Speier, Brother from another mother with Darin does his own ProFiler Ls7 head as I asked what was the cost of a bare set.... same casting as CID.

Easily 800+ crank horsepower…… my guess would be between 810-815 crank as does Erik
