so they ain't going to be dropping LS7's in the CTS-V or was the CTS-V never meant to recieve them? I think they should just like cars that would be awesome. course impossible for me to afford.

did any one else notice the first two pics... the sts engine ones... it says supercharged 6.0 w/ 505hp

GM provided info on a STS technology integration vehicle at the SAE conference this week. That is a LS2 with 9.0:1 compression running a blower. It is rated at 505hp and 520ft/lbs and goes through the 6 speed auto. It is also running brembo ceramic composite discs. GM maybe getting closer to offerings these on a street vehicle(Z06 as an option, I think).
