418 c.i. L92 Short Blocks at Texas Speed and Performance!!
Here at Texas Speed and Performance we are always offering new products, information and services to our customers to provide quality products at excellent prices and superior customer care. We have many motors built ranging from forged stock rebuilds, LS1, LS2 and LQ9 Strokers and we are now excited to offer the new TSP 418c.i. L92 Stroker package.
We have our 418 c.i. L92 Short Blocks available and ready to ship. We can build these into Long Blocks if anyone is interested, I have estimate available for that as well.
The Short Blocks are built with the following components and are priced at $4825.00:
GM L92 block 4.080" bore
Eagle 4.000" crank
Scat 6.125" "H" beam with ARP 2000 rod bolts (900HP)
Diamond -4cc Flat Top (Setup for L92 Cylinder Chamber, Includes HD Nickel Pins for BIG POWER!!)
Mahle Motorsports Plasma Moly Ring Set for 4.080" Finished Bore Size, File Fit 4.080" + .005"
Clevite H Main and Rod Bearings
Durabond Cam Bearings
L92/LS2 Conversion Peices (Timing Cover, Rear Cover, Timing Chain, Cam Sensor, Valley Cover, and Lifter Trays)
The motors are set up to run the L92 heads and L76 intakes. I have pricing on complete long block setups. The 90mm style throttle bodies available for LSX intakes will work on the L76 intakes. We have the injector harness adapters that will allow you to run the 40lb injectors from the L76 intakes on your LS1 vehicle as well as all the other conversion peices needed. I have complete Long Block Estimates that provide pricing for everything needed to drop on of these into your LS1/LS2 vehicle.
If anyone has any questions, needs an estimate or just wants some information you can send me a pm or give us a call!!

F'ing awesome! So the L76 injectors are 40 lb. and will require injector harness adapters to work in a LS1 F-body. How much power does the L76 40 lb. injectors support? I had planned on using a set of green top SVO 42s. This will be on a naturally aspirated 415 cu. in. L92.
Good to hear that the LSX aftermarket throttle bodies will work which means I'll be able to reuse my Nick Williams 90mm throttle body!
How soon will the L92 reworked heads be available? Price? Flow numbers? Power? Specs?

I was under the impression that the L76 injectors were 34# whereas the L92 truck intake injectors were 40#. Just some mis-information you might want to clear up.

price added up at the top, I'm working on a ton of estimates right now, if you want an estimate as well just list your name, email address, extra options you might want with the motor in a pm and I should have one to you quickly!
Thanks!
Thanks!

How much power its capable of putting out will depend on what heads and cam will be used. There's lots of possibilities with a great range of power. I'm not sure how much nitrous it will handle, they'll have to chime in and answer that for you.
By the way, can someone confirm what injectors come with the L76 intake manifold as in what size are they?

The motor will rev just like any other stroker, they have upgraded rod bolts so high-revvs won't be an issue. Depending on what valvetrain you have will limit you on how high you can rev the motor.
They are a 40lb/hr injector

also, what kind of differences will an average joe see between the 408 with a big shot vs this motor with a big shot. will these new heads be able to hold the power better than ls1/6 style heads say on a 300+ shot?
