L92 DynoJet Numbers Plus Plan B, C, D, E and F...

Go back and read again. Its in the first couple pages.
Or send a PM to WKMCD. You can catch him on the CF more often.
It's **** just like this that makes this board so damn hard to stay on board.....I mean just don't even post if that's what you are going to say. I was asking WKMCD, just let it be unless you know the answer.
The cam I'm running now is a 234-240 112 +0 XE-R lobe. I set my rev limiter at 6800. It will bounce off that pretty quick if I don't pay attention.
Thanks WKMCD, that'll get me closer to what I want to run. I was thinking more along the lines of 230-236, round .600 lift, and 114, but it's nice to talk to someone who has already done this setup, if only you could sift through everyone else's guessing BS.

Chill. That was actually Ed Hutchings who did the dyno/heade/cam swap on this.

Hi Ed!!!
Ed,
Some people don't ever get it. I would like to thank you again for your knowledge and willingness to share it with others.
Not to hijack Kevin's thread, but my heads will go to the machine shop this week. I will get the before (??) and after (64) CC's. I have a set of Fel-Pro 1041's ready to go.

I don't give a rats a$$ who it was that made the comment, if that was what you had to say, then don't say anything. It was a legit question, and I didn't need any smart *** answer from anyone, whether you built it, responded 2000 times on this post, or whatever. I read this post from one end to the other, and didn't want to go back through 17 pages of post trying to find 5 numbers when I could just ask a simple question, and get an answer. If that was lazy, then so be it. Mods, if this is out of line, delete it and don't lock this thread, it's too good to do that.
I've enjoyed the results, and it looks like a very good setup. That's right about what I'm looking to do with mine except mount a turbo on it. A torque monster, great streetabilty, don't have to spin it to the moon to make the power, and sneaky.
WKMCD, very nice ride you have there! I'm watching...

I think that the missing component may be the CR. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
Let us know.

Had a scare today. I thought I heard some low RPM rod knock. Really bummed me out. All I saw was $$$$$. I also thought that the open loop tune was not handling the 95 degree heat that well as I was getting some bucking at low RPM.
This evening I had the hood open to confirm the rod noise and tracked the noise down. The rubber hose on the driver's side LT air tube had come off. It sounded just like rod knock. Put it back on and the noise and bucking went away.
I'm a happy camper again.
