510cid small block
10.33 won't even beat the cam only record.
Pretty sure there was a stock internal car running around a 10.3

put down the crack pipe, even the tall deck when it comes out wont make a 540.
Sure dart may be able to make you a custom super tall deck block but 540 is ridiculous.

For that matter, good luck putting a crank longer than 4.125" in the standard-deck LSX block anyways, which by the way has the same ~5.5" cylinder length as the 6L and LS1,2,3 blocks. A 4.25 stroke CAN be done, but the builder and piston engineer have to REALLY know what they're doing. I don't know where GM came up with the 4.5" number, that'd require a piston with something like a 0.5" or shorter CH, which is physically impossible.
Now if you sleeve a block with a ERL deck plate, then yeah, 4.5" stroke no prob. . . .

EDIT: Some searching revealed the tall deck version was SUPPOSED to be released this month or last, but I haven't heard anything more about it, nor seen anyone who claims to have one in their hands yet. . . .

There is a link to the build up and basic spec info. (Even dyno sheets overlaying nitrous and N/A pulls)
The pistons had a pretty tall compression height on them by the way as that motor had plans on getting sprayed at the track, etc. Even with the 4.500" stroke, it turned upwards of 6,600 rpm with no problems whatsoever. Ring's sealed up, cylinders looked/stayed strong with multiple 900+ horsepower pulls.
With the newer tall deck LSX option, it certainly holds a bright future for NICE pump gas N/A builds for people who would like to go that route.
