The motor did not turn enough rpm to see the large difference in the intakes. Because of plenum and runner size, the numbers stayed nearly the same. Only difference started was a slight pull from 5800 rpm to 6500, but NOT by much at all.
With a 6,500 redline, the Beck never got enough time and RPM to actually "work".
That is the worry people were discussing earlier, but these motors have seen 900 horsepower and have held up pretty well.
