bought a new car...ls1 for the win!
i was scrolling through a local online car classifieds and found a 1999 camaro z28/ss clone...$4000 is all it said...i get there to look at it and its got a nos cheater kit, headers, y pipe, 3.73 gears, and it is the original ss hood and spoiler so its functional and lines up good, it has a bit of damage on the pass. 1/4 panel which im having fixed this week for $600.00....good buy? it has 105,000 miles on it but runs extremely strong! i was shocked, it even has the original 17" 10 spoke ss wheels and i believe it has the ss suspension. other than the 1/4 its a great looking and running car...i thought i stole it lets hear some input...i also need some recomendations for a good street cam for a daily driver but i want it to have some thump....also considering a small (2800 maybe) stall. here are some pictures guys

Sounds like a sweet deal! I would recommend at least a 3200 stall especially with a cam...3600 would be better even. Keep in mind that no matter the stall...its gonna lock up and drive like stock when locked...
LOTS of opinions out there on cams...just need to do some digging.

yes im aware its a salvage title, its "prior salvage" which means it was brought back out of salvage when the car was repaired correctly and the frame was tested and approved. i had no problems what so ever with the titling....i already made my cam decision, going to get it tommorow, ms4 cam on a 111 lsa..ill probably go with a 3200-3600 stall but no stall for now....im broke lol
