Default my 2002 Firehawk 5k miles

well i've had a 98 Trans Am for almost 5 years now but a couple weeks ago i blew a rod in the motor and being out of college now i decided it's time for a new ride. a couple days after it blew i ended up finding a black on black 2002 Firehawk for sale with only 5k miles on it - better believe i went and checked it out about an hour later. She's bone stock as of right now but here are a few pics of my new baby:

I called up SLP with the VIN to make sure she's real and she's #602

I have seen sub 10k mile cars go for some crazy prices ($25k+) so I really hope you love the car for that price if you paid it. If you got it for less than 20, I'd say damn good steal.

it was WELL under $25k, the dealer didn't know the difference between a Firehawk and a Firebird

Damn, you either got lucky, or got a stupid dealer. Lol. Most dealers around here look up EVERYTHING on any car they get in.

Awsome find. I saw a 02 hawk at a specialty dealership in Jacksonville a few weeks ago for 25k. I believe that it had 3500 miles on it or so. IMO the black on black hawk is the best looking car that ever hit a dealer lot.

You lucky SOB!!! Very nice find man, very nice I found mine at 50,000 and thought I did well Love black hawks

Paid $13,900 for mine in '08, the dealer I bought it off only really dealt in imports and said it was an SLP somethin' er other? I was like "oh really? hmmmm, interesting" lol. It was owned by a doctor who apparently didn't like to clean his car It just needed some tlc. I have put a lot into it since that though. The original rims were shot and there were a few quirks, but otherwise not bad. She's been brought back cosmetically and with a few upgrades

Anyways, sorry for the thread hijcack, just excited for ya!
