Default New to site but not to ls1s

Went racing Sunday at us 41 here in Indiana and a guy told me about this site. So here I am. I usually go to ls1.com but I want more tech and less everyday talk.
I have a 99 z 6 speed with 4.56 rears. Ihave done the free mods galore and !cags !egr !air and put a 98 vette intake on the car. I hope to learn and at the same time help any one else .

Welcome to the board! You'll find great tech stuff in here. Just use your search wisely. The sponsors are also great. TTYL.

Welcome to the site. Your top speed must be like 110 with those gears. LOL. I bet it does pull like a train down low though.

Why the 98 vette intake? Was that just to get rid of the EGR hole on the old intake? There are no performance gains from doing that swap. The '01 and newer f-body and vette intakes show some gains however, as they are LS6 intakes.
