Newbie in Pittsburgh Hi, I'm new to this. My name is Marty, I have owned several F-body cars among others. My latest is a '99 T/A, with the LS1. Would like to find out more about the LS1 & the LS1Tech club. I live North of Pittsburgh, but work in Downtown. I like tinkering with cars, have been doing it since I was 13, (50 now). Would like to find other people, hopefully in my area, To talk, or bounce ideas around. My latest purchase, was the '99 T/A, it needs lots of work. For starters, I'm not getting any oil to the top end ? This is a new animal to me (the LS1). I haven't done any major motor work in years, but the T/A followed me home, and I just had to keep her, like the puppy with the big sad eyes. My wife puts up with me though. At the moment I have eight various cars, trucks, & a van. Would like to hear from any enthusiast, but locals, would be cool. Well, enough rambling, hope to hear from some of youy. Thanks, Marty.

Hey as long as your still tinkerin' with cars, and bein' drag race director, age doesn't matter. Us older guys have seen some pretty neat cars come & go. As for Onyx_Rock, yeah I've seen a ton of those "Jap Traps" around here. Nice hearing from everyone.
