Default thirdgen noob

Im matt from edison nj, Im 14 years old and I have a 1984 pontiac firebird project, I dont have a ls1, and I dont plan on putting a el es juan into my car, but I do have plans for a 4th gen daily driver My car domain page is www.cardomain.com/id/wayfast84 O yeah and any of you NJ'ers wanna help me with it, Im attempting to install a cam headers and intake

I dont know, their going up for sale though, the same price I got them for. im looking for 4th gen wheels and spacers so when I get my 4th gen I can have some apearence mods all ready plus I wanted theese whole wheels painted black, and it would be 300+ plus Id need a new wheel and i need new tires anyway..

I was just joking about the wheels , the gold ones you put on look alot better. All black would look sweet.

my first car when i was 16 was a 83 z28. www.thirdgen.org helped out a lot. it had a rebuilt 350 with aluminum heads and cam. it was pretty quick. third gens are bad *** cars especially for a young age such as your self. congrats and take care of her.

in my opinion..i would start saving up and not put money into the LG4...save up for a 350 or a 383 or something...or swap in a L98

yeah I know about thirdgen...If I can get a job I will build a 350 but I think Im saving up for a ls1 t56 car

welcome to the site. I had a third gen for almost 5 years before i sold it to my friend and bought myself an ls1. The power difference is remarkable. the ls1 feels like it could pull forever, but by i miss my thirdgen handling. that thing could turn on a dime Heres a pic of my good ole 89 ta.

whats up I'm also 14 don't own a car yet though just representing my brothers Iroc this is really the best place to learn about this kinda stuff I've been on here for almost a year and its been really cool besta luck with your thirdgen

maybe by the time your old enough to drive you could have enough money for that kinda swap good luck with your car.
