Greetings! I just joined the board finally (been reading posts for a year, and on firebirdv6 before that), wanted to introduce myself. I bought my Formula a year ago after owning '91 and '98 Firebirds - both with V6s. It was hard trading in the 98, but everytime I fire up the LS1 it gets easier!
I havent done much in the way of mods yet, put in !CAGS and a short throw last year. Got a TSP lid in the mail and money for a catback burning a hole in my pocket - any suggestions are welcome!
I am looking forward to hanging out online with owners of the greatest cars on the road!

Re: Greetings! Welcome to the site! Can I ask what kept you from joining earlier? Anything you could recommend on the site to encourage more lurkers to sign up?
I added a "New LS1 Enthusiast" forum last week that seems to be helpful.

Re: Greetings! Thanks for the welcome. Yes, 2 more cylinders is awesome...but my car smells like burning rubber everytime I get out of it. hmmmmmmmm. 
Nine Ball - the reason I didnt join earlier is that I never really needed to post anything, I got most of my questions answered by searching the forums. It always drove me nuts on other boards when different people would ask the same question every 2-3 days! And I cant hang out on the board at work anymore cause they log our Internet usage.
