Tubing is measured by the outside diameter. Pipe is measured by the inside diameter

Yep,i called QTP,KOOKS and Lemons.Headers are measured O.D. So if you are looking for a 1 7/8 header you should get a 2' i guess.I just feel like i was uninformed when i bought and thought others should know......

Not true, my Hooker 1 7/8s are 1 7/8s on the inside. My previous LPP stainless 1 3/4 were 1 5/8s on the inside. So not all headers are created equal.

Thats good to know also.Someone should make a list of headers that are what they say they are......Then everyone could make an informed decision on headers...

I heard this about the TSP 1 7/8" headers as well. 1 3/4" on the ID.

I thought they were measured ID as well. Good to know the Hookers are measured by ID.

Steve, where'd you pick up your Hookers that you said you got a great deal on?
