Hey just want to drop a quick line to the guys looking for a mail order tune. I did the old research and price shop thing on here and read a post from somebody on here that said how good Allen is at Nelson about his customer service. Boy was he right. Called him up first time on some questions and they handed the phone right to him, He took his time made sure all my questions were answered. I ordered the tune then had some questions for him. Called and left a message and within 2 hours had a call back from him. There is a lot to be said for personalized service like that. It goes a long way and I am very happy with the tune. Also for the guys asking between the handheld and customer tune. No comparison even on a lightly modded truck.

I agree, I have talked to him on the phone a couple of times, answered all of my questions about the tune and some other things, will be heading down to get a tune in a couple of months, can't wait!

Just got mine in and my truck runs really well now.. Even though i just got it in i emailed Allen to see if he would send me out a update for my new additions, and he was more than willing to do that.. If someone reading this is looking for a custom tune I would definetely suggest Nelson Peformance..

Nope i ordered on the 18th it shipped out the 20th.. and was here on the 24th so it took 5 days but on 3 days to get here once it shipped..

I just installed my nelson tune. Allen and the tune is the s**t.The service is the best he will help u with any question u got.From the time i was on the phone with him to the time i recived the tune it was about 4 days.HE HAS MY VOTE
