Default MTI SUCKS...read on

OK. Last year I purchased a h/c package from MTI. From the get go, the service was horrible. They quoted me a month turnaround on the parts. After 6 weeks, I had heard NOTHING from them. I contacted them, and they said they would call me within the"hour" to let me know the status. Days later, I still had not recieved a call. I called again, and 2 weeks later, I FINALY got the parts. This time I had no flow sheet they had promised. That also took multiple calls, to get a GENERIC flow sheet. This is the latest ISSUE:
I contacted them to let them know I Still had the heads from last year, and was wondering if there was a chance they would still want them. They said "YES, PLEASE SEND THEM". So at a $70 shipping cost to myself, I send them out. Tracking confirms they recieved them in may. I called to see the progress of the check, and they said "DID WE GET THEM?" Uh, yeah you did. Anyways, I call them yesterday to find out what the deal is, and they say the check will be sent out wednesday. Today I get an email that says "so sorry for you we cant send the check cause you bought the heads last year"....YEAH, I KNOW. I TOLD them that in my FIRST EMAIL!!!!!here's the emails for your viewing pleasure. AM I WRONG?The 1st email is at the bottom. sorry so long.

I just spoke with David concerning your check. You purchased that package over a year ago. We will not be able to issue a check...

Post in the Feedback Section not a tech section. Hope everything gets cleared up. BTW that's that they took your heads and aren't giving you the money.

It wasn't that you were posting this on LS1Tech although we greatly value our reputation and positive feedback here. Jeff simply forgot that he indicated to you that we would take the heads back in core exchange after this long a time period and when he approached me about it, I told him too much time had passed.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. You'll have your check in the next couple of days.
