ordered mine last night/this morning. Hopefully I dont have any problems getting them. The receipt I got show the price as 214 something and then 40 shipping. Is that right? Which price is right? The one I got (255.xx)? The one in this thread (249.99)? Or the one on your website (214.xx)?

Well I still dont have a refund or an answer on when I will get it. This is complete bullshit. I ******* placed an order with them almost a month ago and they didnt send me **** or ever call me back. NOTHING!!! Now that I want a refund they still dont call back or get anything done. So not only did they **** my order up beyond anything Ive ever seen before, but now they are stopping my from ordering my rotors elsewhere. Im beginning to think this company is nothing more that 4 people in a garage. So my next step is to call my bank, Im pretty sure they will get my money back.

Finally, my rotors arrived! They look real nice!

Would I order again? Probably so.
Would I recommend a friend? Probably so.
What would I expect from this company next time around? better customer service. ie, keeping customers well informed of prduct delays, shipment delays, tracking # etc.

There service sucks. Go over to the corvetteforum.com and they are doing the same crap. They took a bunch of orders and now people are waiting almost a month for them. Lots of broken promises.

Still havent gotten a refund. Tons of useless pms asking me what I want. WTF do they think I want. Ive told them countless times to give me my money back, so today Im heading to the bank to let them take care of my refund...and will be contacting the bbb for the headache.

They are pulling this same crap over on the corvetteforum. I ordered march 8th and was promised several different dates. If you are going to get your money back, you should dispute the charges so you can tell the credit card company exactly what WDP is doing. Charging people's cards when you have orders from a month ago that are paid for and haven't gone out is HEAVILY frowned upon by the credit card companies and could get WDP in some hot water.

Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but that's not going to make a difference to them. They already have an "F" rating with the BBB (worst possible rating), and they have not responded to a single BBB complaint. When I asked them about the rating they simply said they don't care about a rating from a third party company. What you CAN do though is call your credit card company and let them know what's going on. They aren't supposed to be accepting orders and charging cards when they have orders paid for a month ago that haven't gone out yet. This could definitely get them in hot water. I did the math. They got 350 orders from the corvetteforum alone. I would say only 50 sets have gone out judging from the very few who have spoke up. That means they are holding nearly $96,000 of customer's money and STILL taking orders. The "sale" on the corvetteforum was supposed to be over on 3-15 at midnight. That makes a lot of sense. "Gee, we are hopelessly behind and we have customers that have been waiting over a month for their order. I know, we'll extend the "sale" and keep charging the credit cards as the orders come in."

Guys, before you get involved in starting a witch hunt, take a moment and catch your breath. Yes, it appears WDP is behind on deliveries. I just read this entire thread, and it seems that people are still receiving the products, and are happy with the products. It doesn't appear that WDP is trying to scam anyone.

The only concern I have is for the guy that didn't get his refund when asked. That should have been taken care of immediately.

WPD, if you cannot handle the volume of sales, please do not have any more group purchase specials here. Our members deserve better communication than this. Please do not give them any false delivery schedules that are impossible to meet.

Thanks

I know what you mean... i priced my rotors through my job with an employee discount and it still will cost me $360 just for the front and rear rotors alone.. I hope they get there act together soon so i can order.
