Exactly. WPD needs to be open and honest with their customers. If the rotors/pads are backordered - just tell us that we should expect a 6 week wait. I have spoken with Brian and was told that my rotors were shipped on 3/30 and would be here on 4/5, but they aren't here and I haven't gotten any shipping information.

I spoke with Ray in shipping a couple of times trying to get answers and finally found out that somehow my order had "slipped through the cracks" and they had lost it somewhere between me paying for it and it getting to the shipping department. I asked for a refund since they said it would be a few weeks before they could get my order to me... Supposedly they are putting it back on my card now - Guess I'll know in the morning if it shows up or not...

Understanding that WPD is swamped right now, but this is really unacceptable business practices. If you don't mind waiting over a month for your pads/rotors, feel free to go ahead and join the mayhem. To me, it is well worth spending more $ and not have this hassle.

That's what I was told Yesterday, too, except that they would be back from the plater Monday and would be shipped out later in the week. As long as my rotors are shipped next week I'll be a happy camper, but like Zorlan said, it would be nice if we'd known about the true timeframe from the beginning. But like I said, as long as they're shipped next week, I'll be a satisfied customer.

I hate it when they charge you before shipping and on top there is a huge back order, which is kept secret. I never order from places like that again. I ordered on 3/20 and was charged right away and was told they'll ship out later that day. Lie #1.

On 3/28 I was told I was going to get them April 2nd. That's a Sunday and I don't think anyone delivers then so I though this info wasn't from the tracking #, but made up. Lie #2. And yes, here we are on the 7th and still nothing.

This is not a good way to get any kind of repeat business. Word on message boards spreads like a plague also.

If my order doesn't get here before I have to pay my CC I'll have to cancel.
