Complaints about the Wholesale Direct GP on Bendix rotors

Just an update for everyone. I finally got my rotors and pads after about a month of waiting. All I can say is the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Call them, pm them, call them again, email them, and call one more time. The rotors and pads look great and the product seems to be a great deal for the price. WPD just needs to get their business policies and customer service up to par.

I just ordered a set of C5 front and Camaro rear with pads. Jen said the C-5 rotors will be a bit (25 week days or so) as I am in no hurry this will work for me. Also ordered a set of C5 front conversion brackets from a different vender. My Z06 Motorsports should be in monday and I figure the 17s will make the stock rotors look small, this should do the trick with some extra front brake size to boot!

no complaints here! was told 10 working days, got em in 14. no biggie there and parts were correct. some people need to realize there are delays sometimes in this type of biz.

I called today and got a tracking # from Rey...I've kept in touch with them over the last couple of days and they have been pretty good with me. I tried to get them earlier than what they quoted but they said they would only ship in the order that customer made purchase...which was understandable...
FYI - I was quoted 10-12 business days and they shipped out on the 10th day...looks like they are getting back on track with their expected delivery dates...now Im looking forward to getting them, snappin' pics, installin' them and snappn' some more pics...

WOW go back a few pages and you will see that Wholesale Direct said that they mailed out refunds (eventhough I paid by credit card). Then when I told them I went to my bank to dispute the charge they asked for my name so they can cancel the check they sent me. Now keep in mind I have given them every bit of info they have ever asked for. They are lying about losing my ordering info. Heres why. Well...umm.....THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK!!!!! HOW THE **** CAN YOU NOT HAVE SOMEONES INFO AND GET ******* MONEY OUT OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNT???!!! Even my bank said they were full of ****, and have since replaced my money. Oh and when he asked for my name to cancel the refund, I called bs on them even sending the checks. I posted my name and asked them to pm me my address. Well here we are and I havent been pm'ed by them nor have I recieved a check in the mail. My only problem is that I dont know if my bank took the money back from them or if they just said **** it and gave me money back. So this is my last post here and I say **** Wholesale Direct. **** them in their stupid asses. You ******* are lucky I dont live on the west coast, or I would of been overthere real quick to get my ******* refund. How stupid could you guys be. The funny things is, I know **** can happen. Butl, they never would call me back when they said they would. Thats what really pissed me off. So yes I say **** them in their stupid asses. Oh and mods....please dont ban me, I will be good from now on.
