Ohio Forced Inductions WTF??? I ordered my kit November 25th 2007 and I'm reading posts about people that ordered their kits MONTHS after mine and they recieved all the parts they need to install the motor except for the turbo in which is what I have been telling you what I need for mine. I talked to you earlier Joel and you keep telling me that my kit will be here next week over and over again each week. I'm a patient person but when I was told about this feedback forum just a little while ago and I start reading about people that are getting parts in already for the same kit that I ordered and paid over $8,000 for, I have to wave the BS flag to full mast. You said you have to weld up the valve on the cross over pipe and that you would ship it out to me next week but in the mean time you could've sent me everything else so I can get my drivetrain and everything else on the car except the turbo itself. This is BS! Read the thread below which you've already replied to and you'll see why I'm pissed. Me and this guy are in the same boat. We're tired of looking at our cars on jackstands waiting on a kit that was promised to us a lot sooner than what you are delivering. I didn't want to post in here but you leave me no choice.

I just talked to you about 1 hour ago. I told you your stuff will be coming. I really dont care if you call BS or not. I have never not gave anybody a kit. Im a one man crew working my *** off until midnight every night. I know thats not a great reason though for anybody. Your parts will be there.

I called BS because someone ordered the same kit as me and you knew that I was waiting on the oil stuff to get the motor in the car and if I had the other components then I could get the front half of the car taken care of. I work full time, do military duties, taking college courses, and manage a 175 acre farm so I know what you go throughand fell your pain. All I'm asking for is a straight answer. If my kit is not done, then tell me and send me what is already completed. You know I have been patient as hell with you and have not bashed you like some of the others that have bought parts or kits from you. You also said you were going to refund me for shipping. Is that still true? You also posted a while back that if you don't deliver in time that you would refund $1000. Put yourself in my shoes Joel. If you paid someone a large sum of money for a kit and keep getting told that it would deliver next week, how would you react?

I received a box of uncoated parts that's missing everything you mention above along with the turbo, intercooler, and other things. You kept telling me over the past few months that my part were waiting to come back from coating but NONE of my parts are coated. I'm through playing childish games with you Joel. I want the rest of my parts now and refunded what is due to me. I've already talked to the police where your at and they will be contacting you soon. It's going to look real good when 10 days from now will be 8 months from the time I placed my order. Also what about refunding me for shipping, the wait time, and $1000 off kits that weren't delivered in the time frame promised by you?

Also why did my parts come uncoated, missing the turbo, clamps, blanket, and the intercooler? I paid for coated parts, S88 turbo and the blanket. When will I see my other parts?

The clamps I was out of at the time of shipping it to you. There was others before that got the clamps that I had in stock. The blanket I forgot about sense I usually dont send them with kits. The parts were not coated b/c the coater screwed me over on getting some of your parts done. I had to make yours all agian to get them to you last week. I also already talked to the local police. Im getting things to you so there not going to get involved with it.
Your other parts will being coming as soon as I get back into town.

And you couldn't tell me this before you shipped them knowing what my reaction would be? I paid for all of this to be coated and was also promised numerous times to have this kit the next week. The officer that I talked to told me that they will get involved if I don't get what I paid for in which I haven't. I paid for a coated set that was supposed to be delivered a long time ago. If you had to redo everything that was for me, why has it taken almost 8 months to deliver it out? When will I get my refund for shipping, coating, and time lost?
I think it's only fair to the numerous people that I'm starting to get PM's from that they know what's going on as well as I do so it's why I'm posting this in here along with my response to your PM

I just got off the phone with your coaters (http://powderguys.com) and they aren't pleased with you making this comment about their company. I need the kit that I ordered soon or a full refund. I wouldn't be going back and forth if it didn;t take almsot 8 months for you to deliver what I paid for. If you want to rectify yourself, you'll do what is right and either deliver me my kit, refund me what is owed, or I send everything back and you refund me for everything and we will be done with eachother

I want to make sure we are not dragged into this, we have NO outstanding orders due to OFI. All S-series unit orders are all on time at this moment.

I sent you a kit, but yes it is not complete. You are missing a couple of things. I will get you your parts and a refund on the coating. Do not send the stuff back.
Also I do have a turbo on order from FI for the past 3 weeks. Ask jose on that one.

I guess your saying that DR. Turbo is lying also?
I show 2 unit (S80 and S91) that were ordered back in Mar, but not paid, and went over on the 30day limit. They were put back into the system for orders after that date. If their was another turbo ordered again...PM me.

When is this going to happen? I would rather just have a full refund so when you get your parts back, I'll expect a full refund ASAP
