So, I've got no beef with Nacho and appreciate his inputs and opinions.

Ask every person I've sold a product to on here how shady I am. I actually was given a set of springs by SSC, I tested a set of Impala Eibachs and they fit (not knowing the same years Grand Prix springs would have fit and been more drop), plugs I have yet to test and see if they are even worth it (they were free). That test will equal a trip to the dyno even though it's an hour away (if I can ever get a hold of the guy). I posted about the benefits of Royal Purple (and am going to add all 3 products to my car) and yes the trans fluid does work with our tranny (although not the warranty). I found that although K&N did not make an intake for the 05, the 06 is exactly the same. I also fought for support from Diablosport for the 05 GXP people here (and was left hanging). So, I got a Superchips Powerpag prog and upon conversing with them, they found that the 06 and 05 motors were the same tune. Now, 05 GXPs have support and a programmer they can get. the only part that doesn't work is the Data Logging end for times (06 and 05 GXPs have different abs controllers). Ask GXPJAY, whom I refunded $50 after finding out the brake I sent him only had the fronts and not the rears.

So, yes, I've made some mistakes in posting certain things, but I have always been honorable in my intentions. That has been to inform, help, share, listen, learn, and assist others in saving money or informing them of products to try or check out. Never my intention to be shady, Nacho. Hey man, sorry if I came off like that, sometimes its hard to convey one's intent across the internet when its just text posted on here. I wasn't trying to be an ***. All I can remember is you trying a lot of products and then giving really positive reviews; along with a post on another forum/page looking for a sponsorship for your ride. I did the same with the Airraid TB spacer but I thought at the time that it did help a little bit...plus 06 SS posted some semi-conclusive proof that it helped out airflow. For $100, hell I'll try it. But $200 for plugs? Nah....I'll pass. It's just awkward sometimes since tech is so stingy with their whole sponsor policy and hotlinking to other "non-sponsor" sites. I'm not trying to police anything here (we don't even get attention from mods in the LS4 section--although Richie is a great guy) but I'm wary about drinking the kool-aide on certain products because the aftermarket is so slim for the LS4s. I just didn't know if you were getting sponsored to come in here and try and give other companies some revenue--One side of me says "hey thats awesome, lets get some more LS4 attention" and the other says "well thats not fair to the guys on here that pay to have an exclusive sponsor policy." But basically, I shouldn't and I don't care what you're posting about...if your intentions are good (now I know they are) then I have no complaints.

@ Stealth-I got a ported TB and Manifold done but not installed in the car yet. That combo kinda negates the utility of the TB spacer so I figured I'd liquidate the item and benefit another guy in the LS4 section.

Well said,me I new to this and want the info but sometimes don't understand what everyone is talkin about...some time I get some smart a** remarks but don't take it to the heart,expect to get wise cracked for any reason if you leave your self open...

that's why I was cool about it. Everyone is looking out for each other and that is a good thing. Believe me, those Powerstop Brakes I had last year were junk, not worth it, and the the owner is not very cool to deal with. So, I bought Hawk Ceramics.

 

No prob bro you were lookin out for others man. I try to make sure what I talk about is credible or worthwhile. Sometimes you can't do that till you try a product. I've been blessed by the companies that have given things to me as I am cruising and showing my car all the time. That's why I got a set under their program to see if they work.

 

FWIW - since he asked for testimonials...I bought his Diablo tuner and it works just like it should and got here quickly.
