Most people are just doing roller rockers with a little more lift. Our heads flow really well, the restriction is in the intake/exhaust manifolds.

LS4s use the standard pushrods for LS engines - 7.400 inch length, 5/16 inch diameter.

Pac 1218s will go up to .600 lift, same as comp 918s. Yellow springs go up to .550 if I remember right.

-for starters, you only need springs and rockers. I would go with 1.8. GET ALL THIS STUFF NEW.
-for the pushrods, they are all pretty similer so you wont see any advantage to getting new ones unless the ones in your car are banged up or bent.
-The springs are all made by comp, but they use different names on them like PAC. The beehive springs are ALL garbage. I have recently done a ton of research on rebuilding my car so i have had a lot of professionals telling me about how they all break and they arent worth the price. I know they are popular here in this forum but it is worth investing in dual springs if you are planning on building this motor up.
-For the rockers, those harland sharp 1.8 rockers are the same ones i went with. They are pretty cheap and they are good.

As far as that top kit you listed goes, i would call summit and make sure it includes the rockers that are in that picture cause it doesnt list them.

thanks for the help mongoose.
iv been looking around everywhere and i here nothing but great things about those beehive springs.as far as the rockers go,i think i got that decided, now just gotta decide on some sprrings.and well the pushrods i think i might loong into swaping them out also cause just to make sure we start fresh with no problems.also can someone explain to me what a oil resistricting PR is?i dont see how this is better..or more efficient. also what about the titanium retainers and seats? my understanding is that we are swapping out to reduce weight and better quality materials.

You could just get some rockers and springs. However, a cam (even a mild one) would make a big difference.

zzp sells stock modified 1.9's for $340

Oil ristricted limits the amount of oil that goes to the rockers, harland sharp told me not to use them as they cause problems. They have a large hole at the bottom and a smaller hole at the top.
The retainers and seats would just be stronger so they wont break.

Talking

I looked into the ZZP at first but had some problems with them in the past and heard nothing but bad things about the 1.9 RR's so im good on that,
but as of right now..i think imma go with the 1.8 Harland Sharp rockers, and the New Era performance High lift DOD cam package. but all this will be after i get my headers with DP!
