have a look see here:
This is upside down and that point at the bottom is exactly where the "nipple" sticks out at and as you can see their gasket is worth 2 dead flies!
I think they only show this TBS like this to only just stand it up! LoL!! But that confused a lot of LS4 guys on the TBS thread! have a look see here:

I've got one as well that was mocked up from a speed shop where I used to live that had a CNC machine, so it's not one of the ones that have been talked about here on this site. So let me know when you change your's and if there's any dfference....

I know I didn't. I took the word of Chevy that these are reusable up to 5 times.... Maybe was something I shouldn't have done. Probably should have replaced them... Gonna suck if it turns out that these need to be replaced!!!!! All this work all over again!!!!! YUCK!!!!!!!!
GS,
If it is the gaskets I would try to slide the old gasket out and then slide the new one in bracing the header up somehow. I would at least try this before pulling it all apart again.

If it's a common thing can Thorley's look into it with Buickracer's car. I haven't heard if he's even had his installed yet. Thorley will be doing the install won't they?
