www.ddmtuning.com

And if you're buying HIDs, don't get anything more than 6000k color temperature. The higher the number, the more blue the light. You go over 10000k, and it's getting into purple. Now, you may like those colors, but the problem is, as you go higher in color temp, the less output you get at visible wavelengths.

Just my .02.

I've got 8Ks in projectors in my Impala, and they're very blue. I have 6K in stock housings my Saturn Vue and they white-blue. The difference in what you can see is huge. I get much greater throw with the 6K lights in my VUE. Now, if you live in the city and have well-lit roads most of the time, then you can probably get away with the higher color-temp lights. But I live in the boonies and am on unlit roads most of the time, and this is where the 6ks really "shine". The 8Ks are just too dim and don't have the distance, even when aimed up. I did put 3.5K HID ambers in the fog lamps, and it works great. I totally recommend that.

In fact, I'm probably gonna sell the HID projectors and just put some 6Ks back in the stock housings.

If you dont want to spend a lot of money, I got fog lights, high beams, and low beams in white/blue from PFYC.com

They are made by Putco. The bright whites are sold out, or at least were when I got mine last winter. They look almost like my buddies HID's for under a 100 bucks for all three sets

The HIDs i got at DDM tuning were $35 per set, complete, and that's for the slim ballasts. Basically, with shipping, I got HID fogs and HID low-beams for about $80.

I have both the same setup from them in my car and they are great, there is NO way I could 100% recommend buying from ddm......their shipping times are horrible, their communication sucks, then when you finally do get a ship date and a tracking number the really don't give it to UPS until a few more days later......

good product but absolutely shitty customer service......I would definitely recommend HIDs, but I would never buy them from ddm again.....they took a month after collecting my money to get the lights to my door.....everyone seems to give them a free pass on the shitty service because the lights are cheap...

Got my lows/fogs from DDM. The 55w lows fired alright at first, then started flickering, now one will fire but the other won't. I'm going to have to order a relay harness.

DDM is the **** for sure, I have had them in 4 cars now and never had a problem. The only problems I've seen is with the 55w flickering unless you have the relay harness which they give you with any 55w HI/LOW kit now. The 35w are down to 29.95(raptors) now and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! Never have to buy bulbs again. Silverstars always pissed me off burning out in like 6 months and they're not nearly as bright.

Almost forgot, I run 5000K 35w in everything and it looks like factory HID's. Perfect color IMO. The 55w kits run $10 more and will wash out the color a little more so they say an 8000K 55w looks like a 6000K 35w. DDM says the 55w are 40% brighter than the 35w but I've seen them both and idk how much brighter they really are. 35w is plenty bright!

The 55w ones tend to melt the fog light housing on the G8's so you might want to stick with 35w for the fogs.....

I won't run without a relay harness. You can get them for like $10 on eVilBay. Just make sure that you scrape the paint off from where you ground them, because they'll still flicker if the ground isn't good.
