Default please help me!!!!

i have '06 monte carlo ss w/ ngk irr.plugs,msd wires,cutout,flowmasters,160 degree thermostat,k&n cai & a tune and my friend has a stock ss and whipped my *ss somebody please help!!!!!

Learn to drive? lol, how bad did he beat you? Maybe your tune needs retuning.

he has a stock 'SS' what? One of the 6 cylinder cars from the early 1960's, an LS1 based model, maybe something in between, like a 1985 MC SS?

floor mat too thick, accelerator pedal couldnt go down all the way???

Do you weigh over 400lbs? Did you have 3 passengers in the car with you that weighed over 400lbs each?

Learn how to launch your car and that will not happen. How long was the race for? Did you have the cutout open from a dig? There are many factors that would yeild that result. If I had an electric cutout I would not open it until I am at least in second gear at about 3500 rpm's. In my opinion opening it earlier and you'll loose a little torque. Oh, BTW the Flowmasters are killing your low-end torque. I just ripped mine off and replaced them with Magnaflow XL Turbo's and got most, if not all of the torque back at the low end and it still screams up top. Race him from a roll and I think you'll shine there.
