just ran g8 gt no video, sorry! was spur of the moment and just happened. was at intersection light turned green i went then g8 gt pull in from gas station he was in front of me saw i was coming up. i was going about 45 . he went full throttle so i did to, i started to gain on him then we were about even, my front bumper was prolly even with his front wheels. then i had horrible horrible late shift into third and he started to gain some on me. then after 100 i slowly started to gain on him. 113 still gaining. till about 130 i was right next to him again then we both slowed down due to red light. but turned green before we got there. we were going 40 i pulled on him and continued to do so then we came up to some traffic and it ended. just thought i would share! i been wanting to run a g8 gt for a while and finally got the chance so im pretty stoked lol

it was a different one. a really dark red almost maroon . one i haven't seen around here. pontiacs every where today! g8 gts and 2 gxp grand prixs sightings and 1 solstice gxp sighting. what a day! lol

I've gone against a few stock ones and have not been close. From low rolls and high rolls. Its cool that it happened congrats! Props to you that thats all you've done, I'm just tired of people saying they beat all these cars with an intake and 20psi in their tires.
Never said they were "gods", if I thought that I would have sold my impala and got one of those instead of buying headers, rods, rockers, springs and now am thinking about a cam and/or nitrous.

mine is too. its always on the video setting so all i have to do is turn it on. If i see a car that i think will end up racing then i have it ready in my hand. im not missing my next race lol

my camerea is always dead lol, plus i didnt have a passenger to film if it wasnt dead. and again it was spur of the moment. but jp im going to try and run that red g8 gt at cf this weekend if he shows up. ill film it. probably be from a 20 roll. also go from a dig. he is not the greatest driver though as we both know from watching him against jacob. tc on. floored it on the line. **** like that
I had a 08 GP GXP with headers, magnaflow cat-cack, K&N intake, TBS, flipped MM, magnaflow HF cat....MY new car (G8 GT) walks all over the GP GXP and the G8 is stock....but like others say any thing is possible.

35-40 roll always resulted in me winning.
Sounds like the Imp was a bit off.
EDIT: Have proof, William, or is it just a feeling? Because like I said before, the 6 speed can make it 'feel' faster. Hell my friend's Si 'feels' faster because it's a 6-speed.
