Default destroyed a cobalt ss s/c stage 3

last nite guy in a cobalt ss s/c stage 3 comes into this p-lot im in revvin his lil 4 banger n crap so i asked him to run went from a roll at about 35-40ish he had me on the jump but you cant mess with our gobs of tourque at high end so the excuse for round one was he "missed 3rd" ha so we went a few more rounds and demolished him by at least 5-10 lengths so he tells me after the races that his clutch wasnt gripping and he was "only" running on 11 psi of boost

If it really was a Cobalt SS stage III that guy needs a driver mod. He should have pulled you pretty good, especially from a roll, if it really was a stage III.

i think you'd be suprised at how much room is in them for a dinky lil two door. then again, the cars are in two different classes. it's like comparing a viper to a chevette

I always liked the S/C Cobalt SS's. I might have considered one if I didn't want a 4 door car.

I'd take one over something like, say, a neon/????. And they're better looking than respectable imports like wrx sti's, etc.

given a choice between the cobalt and the Subaru WRX STi, I'd take the STi... 300hp in that little light car??!!! easy choice...

What I think is bizarre about the Sub's is their new commercial - they don't show the real car, only some annimated version.

The blue Cobalt SS S/C's catch my eye every time.

I really like my Monte, but maybe I'd buy one if gas hits $5 / gal, but then again, I need the Monte's space.

fuel efficiency is always a nice thing. I'll probably get a volt or something once I'm settled in on a project\weekend car.
