Default At the track pics and videos and Import Fusion...

This is from my runs last month. Nothing like the rest of you guys, but man was it fun. All of my 60fts. were 1.9-2.0. Best run of 14.12@96.53 w/ a 2.062 60 ft. Next steps are 1)HP Tune 2)Shift Kit 3)What about springs and is there is rocker and pushrod kit yet? 4) Moving to a GTP Eibach Kit since the Impala kit fit. 1.4 fr. and 1.8 rear instead of 1.2 all around should look better front and especially rear 5) Am considering a gear conversion 3.29. I am a fan of N/A, but where can I get a dry shot 50-100 hp? These dry shot kits, anyone damage the motor? Also, midtrack, my GXP doesn't feel like it's going anywhere. Will the tune help with that? Last, what would opening up the exhaust after my 3" down to 3" all the way back do? Now, low end torque would go down (not a prob. for us front drives) correct, and top end torque would be better? My favorite part at the track, scary, service lights kept popping up, but no problems after a restart or when I drove home. Thanks guys. Help me make a low 13 sec. car ALL DAY!!!

Notice the tips are not under the bumper cover anymore, they are moved to the edge.

How did you launch your car? Those 60' times look good.

as far as push rods and springs. go shopping for ls1 stuff. rockers will help the midrange and top end. you might want to think about a top end kit aside from lifters. or just piece it together.

[QUOTE=dj_stylzpgh/GXP05;8116516] Next steps are 1)HP Tune 2)Shift Kit 3)What about springs and is there is rocker and pushrod kit yet? 4) Moving to a GTP Eibach Kit since the Impala kit fit. 1.4 fr. and 1.8 rear instead of 1.2 all around should look better front and especially rear 5) Am considering a gear conversion 3.29.

1. If your gonna keep modding then I say invest in the HPTuners instead of just a tune from someone. That way you can always adjust for other mods or weather changes.
2. Love the shift kits, but don't go to aggressive with it, or on that little pesky 1-2 shift if you get any traction then you can kiss your Input shaft good bye.
3. You can run 1.8 rockers and a few places sell them (I'm sure some one will pop in and tell you where) and I believe that Intense-Racing.com sells a Spring/Rocker/and push rod package. It's not on there website but they carry them if you send them a message or call them then you can get them.
4. Be careful when getting different springs then what is called for. Just because GTP springs will fit doesn't mean that they have the same load rating that you need. I was under the impression that Eibach sold GXP springs for the 05 GP GXPs which would be the same as any other GP GXPs if yo ucan find them.
5. I wouldn't change the gear ratio to 3.29s if I were you, the reason I say this is because that's the gearing in my 04 Comp G and I push right at 325 to the ground and 1st gear is worthless at anything over 1/2 throttle unless I'm on the DR's and even the 1st part of 2nd gear sucks. When your dealing with only 4 gears and 1 of them is useless then it makes for not so much fun.
