In Canada we have **** gas compared to you guys. I have 1 gas station in my city that has 94 Octane with 10% ethanol. If I cannot fill up there I always use 92 or better.

I use a bottle of Chevron fuel injector cleaner every oil change.

Of the ones on your list, there's only Shell stations around here.

Quik Trip and Phillps 66 stations dominate around here. I make sure to always use them and then occasionally I'll run some Techron or BG 44K injector cleaner.

I fill up with SHELL V-Power. When I use fuel injector cleaner, I use Fuel System Treatment Plus - Item #88861011

I use **** gas at every fill up. I keep trying to fill up at a local Sunoco or Mobil, but the local grocery store literally around the corner is usually cheaper than everyone else, and I'm already paying $60 to fill up as it is

I'm thinking like Area and getting a Cobalt SS for a D/D.

But I'm more afraid of getting hit by an SUV. The gas prices didn't kill the dinosaur around here.

If you monitor your monthly budget, gas now costs as much as a medium car payment for the average driver:

15,000 miles / 18.7 avg mpg * $3.75 gal / 12 months = $250.67

Yeah, and that's while you're getting 18.7mpg...I can't bring myself to calculate mine.

My car payment is less than my gas payment, it is kinda sick. Couldn't afford to live beyond poverty if I didn't drive though.

I got myself a Shell credit card just so I could get 5% back on the gas.

I've had my car for about a month and have put just over 100 miles a day on it. It would be nice to cut back on some of the driving. 70 of those 100 are my work commute, the rest is mostly from taking trips on the weekends.

I don't trust that list... Shell is on there, and it's one of the worst brands to use, ever.

had TONS of KR with shell v-power 93 gas....

switched to Mobil 93, and the KR virtually disappeared...

and notice, Mobil is NOT on the list... and only probably because they just didn't want to pay the outrageous fee to be put on the list. but it's one of the best brands out there.
