Should I buy the SSC lowering springs...???

Questions I have for the GXP guys
1. Did your install require any other sort of extra bushings, bolts, etc?
2. I hear a lot of talk of how it causes a vibration or how you may need new dogbones. Do you have any of these issues?
3. Also read about needing anti-pogo washers. Did you need these?
4. Would these be a good mod if you are doing autocross?
5. Would these be a good mod for drag racing?
I am worried about getting these springs and having a car that rides so rough that it shakes my teeth loose, or having a silly low rider look and the car is bouncing up and down. Not for me. I want it to be a performance mod. If it looks good too, thats a plus.
Thanks for your feedback!

i just installed the SSC lowering kit today and my car is verrrry low!
they did not install the rubber bushings from the older one...is that normal?
but i gotta say that the ride is amazing PERIOD!

well my car only has 16K on the clock so i would be right around that mileage if they were to go out....i am pretty good friends with the service manager and my father in law works there so i might be able to pull some strings.

Don't have a GXP so I don't know.
No offense to you or your ride at all, but I wouldn't sweat putting miles on a GXP man, its not a barnburner "got-to-have" item for a collector now, and I'm sorry to say it probably never will be. Drive that son of a bitch like it was meant to be driven. Wear the battle scars. Enjoy those miles.
Better, as in better like a lower center of gravity, less body roll in the turns, a more aggressive turn in, flatter cornering...there is very little trade off in ride quality vs. stock but as the OEM struts begin to wear the ride becomes a little more "lowered car" feel.

every car i have had was always lowered, my alero was lowered on the eibach kit, very rough ride, so i switched to intrax much better the handling was amazing, again 2 different spring rates
i personally like to do the alignment after a few hundred miles to give the spring some time to settle, so when i install i just mark the knuckle so i can put the alignement back to where it was, drive a few hundred miles then alignment, once a spring settles its going to change the camber/caster
reading about the ssc springs on here and on clubgp and other sites i would love to buy them and lower my pos, any lowered car is going to increase handling even at stock height on my car it is so stiff which i dont mind my car has 46k on and i feel no difference it is very stiff and responsive, plus its a bilstien i doubt there will be any problems on a high mileage car
when i get mine and install them, ill come in here and give my opinion too
