I will take the valve covers, they should fit a 2002 Z-28? Maybe a dumb *** question because I can see they are the center bolt style, but just want to double check before buying. They look really nice! You can send me a PM on the payment method. Thanks!

Yup. They are centerbolt and they came off a 2002 SS.
