Default ARP head bolts 2004+ blocks

The engine in my car ended up being older then i was told when i bought the car, so needless to say these are no good to me. They are brand new, never used. Part# 134-3610 $100 shipped

Are the bolts the set with the real long bolt that has threads on the bottom and the center of the bolt unthreaded or do they have threads all the way up the bolt?
