Hi, i have had the MGW shifter for awhile now, and the shifter is better then stock works good, extremly short shifts!!! But its a little notchy, almost too short for my liking. It comes with the mounting bolts(4) which each bolt came with 2 washers on them, but one fell off of a bolt while installing it a few months back but everything was bolted up fine with no leaks even comes with the RTV and the Align wrench that came with it, i can even through in the MGW sticker!

I bought it brand new for $220 a few months back,

Sorry i didnt clean it since removal, but as you can see it wasnt in my car that long.






bolt all the way to the top is missing a washer as seen in pic, but everything was fine without it.
