May be a dumb question.. But on a completely stock exhaust, could I weld this in place of my stock muffler? If so, I think I want it.

this gets installed in place off the I pipe. On a stock exhaust you would need to weld a 2.5" ( or 2.25 " whatever the stock exhaust is ) -> 3" reducer and clamp or weld it into the existing I pipe.
